PLAYTE Kitchen and Ward Four Wines are teaming up to create a taste of NOLA! This light, hands-on cooking class is inspired by the bold flavors of New Orleans and high vibes of Ward Four Wines. Cook classic dishes together while big brass bands set the soundtrack. Your ticket includes two paired tastes from Ward Four Wines, with additional glasses available for purchase through Decant Napa. Come ready to sip and celebrate Mardi Gras the Ward Four way.

What's Happening?

2 items demo’d & cooked to be eaten as heavy/filling bites (half portions)

  • Learn how to build your own po boy with demonstrations on making mayonnaise from scratch and fry-ing techniques

  • red beans and rice with assorted toppings

  • BBQ shrimp - Large, shell-on shrimp cooked in a spicy, buttery sauce, popularized by Pascal's Manale
