Led by Chef Matt Dailey from PLAYTE Kitchen, this engaging and hands-on class is designed to celebrate friendship and community, while creating a delicious meal from scratch together. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or brand new to the kitchen, you’ll leave with new skills and a fantastic dish to enjoy.

Let’s switch things up this Friendsgiving! Join us at PLAYTE Kitchen for a night of cooking, connection, and fun as we trade turkey and stuffing for the bold, bright flavors of Thailand.

This hands-on cooking class is all about teamwork and celebration. Together, we’ll pound fresh green curry paste by hand, then turn it into a fragrant Thai Green Curry Chicken with coconut milk, bamboo shoots, and red bell peppers—served with perfectly steamed jasmine rice. You’ll also learn how to stir-fry Beef Pad See Ew, the beloved Thai noodle dish, and finish the evening on a sweet note with Mango Sticky Rice made from scratch.

After cooking, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the meal you’ve created—sharing good food, great company, and maybe even a story or two about the bottles you bring. Guests are encouraged to bring a wine or beverage that means something to them—a personal touch that adds to the spirit of Friendsgiving.
