Our culinary coaches will demonstrate and explain the keys to cooking paella such as sofrito preparation, proper rice-to-liquid ratio for achieving the perfect texture, and how to work with the world’s most expensive spice, saffron. Get ready to have your “palate passport” stamped with deliciousness!

Led by Chef Sandy Sauter from PLAYTE Kitchen, this engaging and hands-on class is designed to foster connection, while creating a delicious meal from scratch. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or brand new to the kitchen, you’ll leave with new skills and a fantastic dish to enjoy.
