Our culinary coaches will demonstrate and explain the keys to cooking Thai food at home such as sourcing authentic ingredients, customizing your own homemade curry paste, and successful stir-frying techniques. Get ready to have your “palate passport” stamped with deliciousness!
Led by Chef Matt Dailey from PLAYTE Kitchen, this engaging and hands-on class is designed to foster connection, while creating a delicious meal from scratch. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or brand new to the kitchen, you’ll leave with new skills and a fantastic dish to enjoy.
Transport your taste buds to the vibrant street markets and home kitchens of Thailand in this hands-on cooking experience at PLAYTE Kitchen. In this flavor-packed class, guests will learn the essential techniques behind some of Thailand’s most beloved comfort dishes—salty, sweet, sour, spicy, and deeply aromatic.
Together, we’ll prepare a savory Beef Pad See Ew with tender noodles, crisp vegetables, and rich wok-fired flavor; a fragrant Green Curry with Chicken layered with fresh herbs, coconut milk, and vibrant spices; and finish with Mango Sticky Rice, Thailand’s iconic dessert that perfectly balances creamy coconut sticky rice with ripe mango.
Along the way, you’ll gain confidence working with classic Thai ingredients and techniques while enjoying a lively, social cooking experience designed for home cooks of all skill levels. Come hungry—there will be plenty to eat.
